General Description
Aging: In steel barrels to express its cleanliness and flavours with truthfulness. Further aging in bottles.
Grape harvest: First half of September.
Organoleptic characteristics: Clean wine with straw yellow tones. It has limpid flavors with fruited and flowery notes. On the palate it appears fresh, refined, harmonic and well structured. Alcohol content 12% vol.
Suggested food combinatios: Excellent both as an aperitif and with delicate, fish and shellfish dishes.
